This quick (and oh so colourful) mid-week meal idea is so simple to prepare.
- Simply pop into your local store and pick up a plain margarita pizza
- Then get at least five different portions of veg (we’ve made some suggestions in the video above) The more colourful they are the better!
- When you get home, prepare the veg you’ve bought. Once ready, arrange it on the top of the pizza in rainbow order
- Cook the pizza according to the instructions on the box
- Then all that’s left to do is serve and enjoy!
