Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has revealed that she has turned to therapy twice to deal with difficult periods in her life. The 46-year-old opened up about the pain of losing baby son, Theo, in 2011 after he was stillborn at seven months.

The following year in 2012 she almost died after haemorrhaging while giving birth to Holly now five.

“I had therapy for one month,” revealed Amanda.

“It was like grief counselling: I wasn’t coping and had to do something about it.”
