A: My advice is to stay out of the sun and use very high sun protection. You are at more risk of sun damage and skin cancers if you have fair skin, a lots of moles a family history ofskin cancer and have had sunburn previously. Sunburn can happen anywhere not just abroad and even when it’s cloudy. Use high factor sunscreen, cover yourself up, make sure you do not burn and avoid the sun between 11am and 3pm. Never use sun beds and see your GP if you have any changes to your moles or sun damage.
