Monday morning. We’ve all been there. We all know about the struggle and every week when Monday morning comes back around the struggle is REAL. Don’t worry! You’re not alone – there are people all over the country snoozing their alarm clocks one too many times, dragging themselves out of bed and then sitting half asleep at work before their coffee kicks in.
These are the thoughts that we all have every Monday morning…
First there’s the struggle to wake up…
And only after snoozing your alarm maybe one, two, three (or more) times…
…do you actually try and get out of bed:
You can’t function until you’ve had a cup of tea or coffee
And going into work just SUCKS
Especially when you realise how much work you’ve got to do…
You try to put on a brave face but really you just can’t hide how much you hate Mondays….
Dieting on a Monday morning is virtually impossible – after all, we need to be rewarded for getting up, dressed, and making it to work right?
And we spend the whole morning fantasising about the weekend…
And thinking about how long it is before it is Friday comes around again…
