Today is all about the scales… Well it is Weigh-Day Friday!

My trusty scales!



 

And guess what? No trumpet fanfare this week – just a big fat raspberry – I’ve put on 1lb! However, I must say I’m not in any way surprised after my pig-tastic Easter weekend – actually I think I’ve come-off rather lightly, it deserved to be more!!
