Recipe - Harrissa chicken wraps

4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

2tbsp harissa paste

4tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 small gem lettuces, roughly chopped

1 red onion, sliced

4 flatbreads

Cooking time: 10-12 mins

1. Mix the chicken breast chunk with the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and season. Thread them on to pre-soaked bamboo skewers and grill, turning frequently, for 8-10 mins, or until cooked through.

2. Meanwhile, sprinkle the flatbreads with water and place under a preheated medium grill for 2 mins.

3. Top one half of each of the flatbreads with the lettuce, onion and chicken. Fold over and serve immediately.
