YOU WILL NEED
400g can chickpeas
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Pinch of ground cinnamon
salt and black pepper
1tbsp flour
Olive oil, for brushing
To serve:
Sesame seed buns
Tzatziki
Rocket
Tomatoes, sliced

HOW TO DO IT
1. Place the chickpeas, onion, garlic, herbs, spice, seasoning and flour into a food processor and blitz until fairly smooth.
2. Mould the mixture into 2 patties, brush with the oil, place under a medium grill and cook for 3-4 mins each side.
3. Serve in sesame seed buns with tzatziki, fresh rocket and sliced tomatoes.
