Enjoy a taste of heaven with these indulgent chocolate salted caramel pots for just £1.35 per serving. They take 2 hours to chill but we promise they will be well worth the wait!
YOU WILL NEED
8 tbsp dulce de leche or canned caramel
1tsp sea salt , plus extra to serve
140g each dark and milk chocolate , broken into squares
2 tbsp demerara sugar
200ml double cream, at room temperature
100ml double cream, whipped
Prep time: 30 mins

HOW TO DO IT
1. Mix the caramel with the salt, divide between 2 small glasses and chill.
2. Melt the chocolates together in a glass bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir the double cream and milk into the chocolate until smooth, then scrape into a jug. Slowly pour on top of the caramel, around the edges first. Chill the pots for at least 2 hrs.
3. To serve, scatter a little more sea salt on top of each pot, with a small spoonful of the whipped cream, grate chocolate over the top, grab a spoon and enjoy!
