YOU WILL NEED
200g blackberries
3 Bramley apples, peeled and cut into chunks
2tbsp golden caster sugar
For the crumble:
75g low-fat spread
170g plain flour
30g oats
50g caster sugar

HOW TO DO IT
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas4. Divide the blackberries and apples between six 300ml bowls or put them all in a 1.2ltr pie dish. Sprinkle with caster sugar.
2. To make the crumble, rub the spread into the flour and oats until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs, then mix in the sugar.
3. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake for 15 mins for individual crumbles or 30-45 mins for one large crumble, or until cooked and golden. Serve warm with reduced-fat ice cream.
