Artichoke and red pepper pizza recipe

Want to try guilt-free pizza? This quick and easy pizza is topped with arichoke and red pepper, ready in 20 minutes and just £1.98 per serving!


2 pizza bases

2tbsp olive oil 190g jar red pesto sauce

2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into strips

100g mushroom, sliced

400g tinned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into wedges

50g Parmesan

Fresh basil, to garnish




Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 8-10 mins

1. Preheat the oven to 180°c/Gas. Brush the pizza bases with the olive oil then spread the red pesto sauce.

2. Top with red peppers, mushroom and artichokes.

3. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 mins, or until the peppers have softened and the pizza bases are golden-brown.

4. Serve garnished with the Parmesan shaved over and basil.
