YOU WILL NEED
85g rolled oats
85g mixed nuts including macadamia if possible
43g sesame seeds
43g sunflower seeds
43g dried raspberries
Prep: 10 mins

HOW TO DO IT
1. Tip the oats into a large airtight container and add the nuts, seeds and dried raspberries.
2. To serve, spoon a portion into a bowl, pour over the milk or yoghurt and top with chopped fresh fruit, such as finely choped apples or blueberries.
