Adorable new Princess Charlotte and Prince George pictures from today!
After their successful family trip to Canada last year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have embarked on another official overseas trip with Prince George and Prince Charlotte in tow.
Following their arrival in Germany, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were welcomed by Chancellor Angela Merkel. While George and Charlotte weren’t present, the Duke and Duchess looked radiant in matching blue ensembles.
The royals enjoyed a chat with Merkel before posing for photographs in front of the waiting press.
Kate also enjoyed an adorable moment with a delighted fan later on in the day. Catherine and Prince William visited a children’s charity in the afternoon, where the Duchess was greeted by an excited hug from an adoring young boy, who was even clasping a picture of the couple on their wedding day!
In the evening, they also attended a special reception in Germany, hosted in honour of The Queen. Whilst there, Kate stunned in a red dress from her go-to designer, Alexander McQueen.
And the pair finished off the evening by raising a glass to the Queen…

Arriving in Germany! Staying close to Kate, the two-year-old was handed a little bouquet of flowers, a miniature version of those given to the Duchess, which she clutched with glee, smelling them as she walked the red carpet.
While Charlotte took the family’s arrival in Germany all in her stride, Prince George – who turns four on Sunday – was still very much a reluctant royal.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hold glasses of Goldwasser, a local liqueur, during a visit to Gdansk on the second day of their three-day tour of Poland.
In the afternoon of their second day, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Gdansk town centre to experience a traditional Polish market. They received a warm welcome from huge crowds who turned out to see them.
To begin day two of their visit to Poland, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the former Nazi German Concentration Camp Stutthof, which is located in northern Poland.
During the deeply emotional visit, the couple met former Stutthof prisoners who spoke to The Duke and Duchess about their experiences of the camp.

For their first evening abroad, the Duke and Duchess attended a Birthday Party for The Queen hosted by the Ambassador in Poland.
Looking chic in head-to-toe monochrome, the Duchess selected an unusual midi-dress by Polish designer Gosia Baczynska for the occasion.
Prince William addressed the guests during the course of the night, beginning his speech with a statement in Polish to may homage to the host nation.
Royal visit to Poland – Day One
For their first day in Poland, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Warsaw Rising Museum, dedicated to the 1944 attempt by the Polish resistance Home Army to liberate Warsaw. Then, they visited the 38th floor of the Spire building in Warsaw to meet young Polish entrepreneurs who had launched their own start-ups.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were formally welcomed to Poland by President Duda and the First Lady at the Presidential Palace. Kate turned to her go-to designer, Alexander McQueen, for her outfit for the first day of the tour.
During the rest of the week, the Duke and Duchess will visit both Poland and Germany, taking in Warsaw, Gdansk, Berlin, Heidelberg and Hamburg. The trip will be a royal first for the couple, as it is both William and Kate’s first official visit to Poland. It will also be Kate’s first official trip to Germany.
Kensington Palace revealed, “The tour will encompass cultural and geographic highlights of both countries, from the Gdansk Shakespeare Theatre to the Neckar river.”

While Kate and William will undertake many of their official visits alone, such as visiting the Berlin Holocaust Memorial and meetings with foreign dignitaries, the Palace have assured the public that there will be plenty of cute Princess Charlotte and Prince George pictures from the trip.
Prince George made a shy first appearance in Poland…
Clinging to his father’s hand and looking shyly up at those waiting to greet the family, Prince George looked much more nervous than his confident little sister Princess Charlotte as the young royals took in their surroundings.
Although this is Prince George’s third royal tour with his parents, the three-year-old didn’t look quite as comfortable with his royal role as his younger sibling. Despite receiving a little pep-talk from dad William, George still only reluctantly walked down the red carpet in front of the waiting press.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrive at Warsaw’s Chopin Airport with Prince George and Princess Charlotte for the start of their five-day tour of Poland and Germany.
Touching down in Warsaw, Poland on Monday 17th July, the royal family of four made another graceful exit from their private jet and were welcomed warmly as they arrived on the tarmac.
