The nation is in shock after the sad news that much-loved TV presenter Cilla Black has died, aged 72.
Many have taken to twitter to express their grief, with tributes pouring in from numerous TV stars wanting to pay their respects to the showbiz legend.
Sheridan Smith, who was nominated for a BAFTA for her portrayal of Cilla in the acclaimed ITV drama, posted a touching message on Sunday night.
Davina McCall, Carol Vorderman, Piers Morgan and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini also expressed their sadness about the news.
Hollywood A-Lister Russell Crowe also paid tribute to the star.
But perhaps the most poignant of the messages, Noel Edmund simply wished Cilla ‘Goodnight Chuck’.
Cilla shot to fame singing in the 1960s before going on to host shows such as Blind Date and Surprise Surprise.
She will be sadly missed.
