We're so happy for Kylie!
Australian pop songstress Kylie Minogue is still reeling from her split from fiancé Joshua Sasse. And now it’s been revealed that this isn’t the only hurdle the ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ singer has had to face in recent months. The 48-year-old has been locked in a legal battle with Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s star Kylie Jenner over their shared first name.
The diminutive starlet has butted heads with the 19-year-old reality star over the ‘Kylie’ trademark. Attorneys for the star described one of the youngest members of the Kardashian clan as just “a secondary reality television personality,” and therefore second in line when it comes to the ‘Kylie’ brand.
In contrast Minogue’s lawyers described the chart topper as an:
“internationally-renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known worldwide simply as ‘Kylie.’”
Former actress Minogue has emerged triumphant in the case, and a Tweet from the star posted last year brilliantly sums up her stance on the debacle.
We hate to say it Kylie J, but Kylie M appeared to have got there first. The Mirror reports that the domain name Kylie.com, has been owned by the latter since August 21, 1996. That’s a full 12 months before Jenner was even born.
Still Jenner has 85.2 million Instagram followers to her name and a burgeoning business empire. So we’re sure she’ll bounce back from this blow.

What happened to girl power and unity?!
Dear Kylie, we have bum-envy. That is all.
We can't believe this!
