katie price starts pregnancy work out planShe may be nearly five months pregnant but that hasn’t stopped Katie Price starting a new fitness programme to help her stay in shape. 

Katie, who is expecting her fourth child in September, has reportedly told friends: ‘I refuse to let my body go’.

To stay in shape the former glamour model has hired two personal trainers and has started a special juice plan in order to stay as slim as possible during her pregnancy.

In fact, Katie, 34, is so determined to stay in shape that she’s still riding her beloved horses, something new husband Kieran Hayler isn’t happy about.

A source says: ‘Kieran said to Jordan he doesn’t want her to push herself too far. He wants her to look in the mirror and be happy with what she sees. He’s also worried she could fall while out riding.’

As well as regular work outs with personal trainers Sol Gilbert and Scott Ashley, the former glamour model has also been downing energy boosting juices throughout the day to help get key nutriants into her body.

Sounds pretty exhausting to us, whatever happened to just putting your feet up when you’re pregnant!
