The band made the announcement releasing a statement thanking their fans for all their love and support. Aston, Marvin, JB and Ortise apparently agonised for months before deciding to call time on their career.
And in an interview with Alan Carr to be be screened tonight, Oritse was in tears as bandmate Aston agreed the band, whose last single Hold Me Down only reached 112, are jumping before they are pushed.
‘We don’t wan to get pushed out of the industry, we want to go out with a bang,’ said Aston, referring to a farewell tour later this year after releasing a Greatest Hits album.
JLS have released 12 singles over their pop career earning themselves 5 number ones, however things haven’t been going as well recently with their last single Hold Me Down/Give Me Life entering the chats at 112.
We’ll miss you boys!
