The Goggleboxer's life off screen is as interesting as their on screen antics!

Hit Channel 4 show Gogglebox may be off our screens at the moment, but we’re still as obsessed with the reality TV programme as ever.

And one thing we’ve always wanted to know is what the flamboyant stars of the show do once the camera’s have been switched off. Is it all glitz and glamour or do they clock into their 9 to 5 jobs like the rest of us?

With the stars reportedly earning £15 for every night they film, we imagine they must be doing something to put a little extra in their pockets.

The good news is we have the answer’s right here and many will surprise you.

The Moffatts

25-year-old Scarlett Moffatt has earned a loyal following of fans who just can’t get enough of her witty one-liners and spot-on show observations.

After showing off her impressive weight loss on social media, she has also secured a  massive deal for an upcoming fitness DVD.

The reality star is also currently filling in for Jojo Hatfield on Capital North East’s Daily Breakfast Show. Go Scarlett!

As for the rest of the Moffatt clan dad Mark works as a welder and specialises in making JCBs while mum Betty works in clothes shop in Burton.

The Michaels

After carving out a successful career as a hotelier dad Andy, 55, and mum Caroline, 52, are both retired.

The Michaels’ children are still making their way through the education system, with son Louis studying at the University of Chester and big sister Alex receiving a Masters in Computer Science.

Leon and June

Liverpool couple Leon, 79, and June, 76, have won the heart’s of a nation with their loving relationship and have been happily married for 54 years.

The pair are retired from their respective jobs as an English teacher and history teacher.

They now spend their time playing Bridge, swimming at the local pool and entertaining their three grandchildren.

Chris and Stephen

Hairdressers Chris Steed, 37, and Stephen Webb, 42, are no longer a couple, but that doesn’t stop them sharing the Gogglebox sofa.

Episodes are filmed at Stephen’s West Sussex bungalow, and we think they make the perfect comedy duo!

Sandy and Sandra

Best friends Sandy, 48, and Sandra, 52, are two of Gogglebox’s most popular cast members. If we’re not getting distracted by their lengthy nail extensions and intricate hairdos we’re laughing out loud at their unique brand of South London humour.

Sandy and Sandra are kept busy with their children and grandchildren. Sandy – who used to sing at the Tower in Blackpool with Larry Grayson – has two children and five grandchildren, while Sandra has four children and three grandchildren.

Jenny and Lee

Best friends Jenny and Lee met when Jenny was the landlady of the Crown Inn pub in Paull and Lee was a customer.

While it’s not clear what the pair do now, we do know that they share a love of bingo and a cracking sense of humour!

Steph and Dom

Often caught on camera enjoying their favourite tipple, ‘posh’ Goggleboxers Steph and Dom run upmarket Kent B & B ‘The Salutation’.

The pair have also released a book called Steph and Dom’s Guide To Life and have made appearances on TV shows including The Jump and Four in a Bed.

The Siddiquis

Both Siddiquis sons work in IT. While Baasit is an IT teacher, Umar is an IT technician. Father Sid used to be and engineer, and has been married to his wife – who has never appeared on the show – for 34 years.

The Tappers

The North London based family are a laugh-a-minute. While mum Nikki is a nursery school teacher dad Jonathan works as chauffeur.

Kids Josh, 17, and Amy, 15, are presumably still at school but have a wry humour that’s beyond their years.
