‘I hate driving half an hour to the gym to work out for an hour and then drive back. So instead, I take my dog and we walk down the canyon I live by and then back up. It takes me about 45 minutes and it’s a hardcore workout, but I have a bad knee so it’s the one way I stay fit,’ says Cat. Time for walkies!
Balance is key to dieting, and if you’re exercising too you can allow yourself a few treats! Catherine reveals, ‘I don’t deny myself food. I’m no saint. I love butter and cream, but I also eat lots of grains and fruits,’ said Catherine.
