We love this rainbow pizza idea, an easy way to get your five-a-day, the colourful way! Getting your family to eat veggies has never been easier.

This quick (and oh so colourful) mid-week meal idea is so simple to prepare.

Method:
  • Simply pop into your local store and pick up a plain margarita pizza
  • Then get at least five different portions of veg (we’ve made some suggestions in the video above) The more colourful they are the better!
  • When you get home, prepare the veg you’ve bought. Once ready, arrange it on the top of the pizza in rainbow order
  • Cook the pizza according to the instructions on the box
  • Then all that’s left to do is serve and enjoy!
