GET OUTSIDE – Even if it’s not sunny, pop out for as much natural daylight as you can. Make the effort to catch a breath of fresh air during your lunch break or walk to ths shops instead of taking the car.

STAY WARM – Research shows by keeping warm you can reduce the winter blues by 50%, just keep your thermostat set to between 18-21 oc.

LIGHT ‘N’ BRIGHT Try to make your home and work environments as light as possible. Keep blinds and curtains open and sit near windows. Choosing pale wall colours also helps as it reflects light from outside.
