Patsy Kensit looks amazing after revealing that she has lost over a stone on the Weight Watchers diet.
But, like all of us, she’s not immune to the treats that the festive season brings. So how will she avoid temptation this Christmas?
‘I am planning on cooking up a whole load of low Pro Points food using Weight Watchers recipes,’ she says.
‘That way I can have a selection of meals in the fridge and freezer for when I need them over the festive period. I’ll be cooking things like Giant Sausage roll with Apple & Sage, Butternut squash soup, Wild Mushroom Stroganoff & rice – yum!’
