Day 1

Breakfast

–       3 eggs, scrambled, served on 2 Ryvita Crackerbreads spread with a little butter

–       Herbal tea, coffee or water

Mid-morning

–       Cup of herbal or ginger tea

Lunch

–       Salad of mixed leaves, 1 grated carrot, 1dsp sweetcorn, a few cherry tomatoes and either a handful of cold chicken, ½ avocado or 1tbsp cashews, 1tbsp honey and mustard dressing

–       Ginger tea, lemon juice or water

Mid-afternoon

–       Cup of ginger tea

Dinner

–       Salmon stir-fry – cut 1 salmon fillet into chunks, pan-fry until cooked through then set-aside. Add 6 carrot batons, 6 asparagus spears, 1 sliced celery stalk, a handful of spinach and 1 sliced red pepper to the pan with some vegetable oil. Stir-fry for a few mins, and then add 1tbsp sweet and sour sauce, sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce. Serve with the salmon

–       1 small pot plain yogurt

–       Cup of ginger tea

–       1 chromium and 1 iron tablet

One hour before bed

–       Glass of effervescent health salts

 

Day 2

Breakfast

–       2 Ryvita Crackerbreads with one slice of cheese OR 1 small pot of yogurt

–       Cup of ginger tea

Lunch

–       1 small tin of tuna with mixed salad leaves, chopped spinach, 1 grated beetroot, 1 grated carrot, 1 diced celery stalk and 2 cooked asparagus spears with 1tbsp honey and mustard dressing – get recipe now!

–       Small pot fruit jelly

–       Cup of ginger tea and a glass of water with a dash of fresh lemon juice

Dinner

–       Stir-fry as last night, but replace salmon with 100g cooked prawns, 100g flaked cod, 100g diced chicken, 100g diced tofu or handful halved cashew nuts.

–       ½ banana with 1tbsp low-fat custard

–       Cup of ginger tea

–       1 chromium and 1 iron tablet

One hour before bedtime

–       Glass of effervescent health salts
