Swap your usual prawn sarnie for this filling prawn jambalaya wrap, bursting with a lovely mixture of flavours.
YOU WILL NEED:
2 Mission Deli Wraps
150g cooked prawns, defrosted if frozen
Vine tomatoes and cucumber
Handful chopped dill
Optional extra: 100g ready to cook brown rice
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Coat prawns in chilli sauce.
2. Slice the vine tomatoes and cucumber then layer onto the wrap along with the prawns.
3. Garnish with dill and flavour with a squeeze of lemon and lemon slices.
4. If serving warm, heat the Mission Deli Wraps in the microwave for a few seconds, and fill with the mixture. Roll up and enjoy!
