YOU WILL NEED

4 ripe bananas, halved lengthways

500ml vanilla ice cream

1 crunchie crushed

For the sauce:

100g-milk chocolate

25g butter

HOW TO DO IT

1. Place the chocolate and butter into a heat proof bowl over a pan of just simmering water. Do not allow the bowl to come into contact with the water. Heat gently, stirring, until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat.

2. Place the bananas in a shallow dish. Add 2 scoops of ice cream between each banana, top with the warm sauce and scatter with the crunchie crumbs.
