Finger lickin’ good

 

Can dessert get anymore indulgent than these dip-dyed strawberries with chilli chocolate? The chilli adds a subtle kick

 

YOU WILL NEED

8 Strawberries

100g chilli infused dark chocolate (at least 75% solid cocoa)

 

HOW TO DO IT

Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Do not let the base of the pan touch the water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted.

Dip the strawberries into the chocolate, coating generously. Place on a piece of silicone or greaseproof paper. Allow to set, remove from the paper and serve.
