This is the ultimate Christmassy, cranberry treat. Fresh mint tops the glass of berry goodness for an irresistible cocktail you just have to make over the festive season.

 

YOU WILL NEED:

35ml Tanqueray London Dry vodka

15ml sugar syrup

25ml fresh lemon juice

8 fresh mint leaves

10 frozen cranberries

25ml cranberry juice

 

Makes: 1

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Add all the ingredients (apart from the cranberry juice) to a highball and mix together with crushed ice.

2. Float the cranberry juice on top and add a sprig of mint.
