She more than kept up with her younger housemates!
And now the former EastEnders actress, 57, reveals her tips for looking fab after fifty.
‘I’ve started doing Zumba three or four times a week which really keeps me in shape,’ she says.
‘And I have a set of three hand weights from Argos, so I try to do a few reps of those every day.’
But exercise isn’t her only stay-slim-secret.
She says, ‘I eat healthily and I don’t eat a lot of meat. I’d rather skip the meat and have the veg when I have a meal. I’m proud of every year and I even love the odd wrinkle – I’m 57 years young!’
It has also been revealed that Gillian is moving up to Liverpool to join the cast of Hollyoaks as the mother of an unruly brood.
