The Voice hit our screens earlier this year to great fanfare and we loved the fresh twist of the blind auditions.
So there’s good news for talent show fans as the show is set to return to BBC1 in the spring for a second series – and, contrary to tabloid reports, all four coaches will also be back.
Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, Danny O’Donoghue from The Script and will.i.am will all be there for the new series, although it is yet to be confirmed whether Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates will return to present.
This time, the blind auditions will be held in front of a live studio audience, which is sure to make it even more exciting.
‘I’m really looking forward to seeing and working with Jessie, Will and Danny on the second series of The Voice,’ says Sir Tom.
‘I’ve heard there will be some important changes that will make what is already a good, strong show even better.’
Meanwhile, in his own inimitable style, will.i.am adds, ‘This season is gonna be doper than last year!!’
