It’s been revealed that Kate Middleton will be spending her second wedding anniversary apart from Prince William, as she takes part in an official charity visit.

Six months pregnant, the Duchess of Cambridge will spend 29 April at the children’s hospice Naomi House in Hampshire and will be busier than ever after accepting three new patronages.

Kate will be patron of children’s mental health support charity Place2Be, children’s sports charity SportsAid and The Natural History Museum.

The Duchess already supports four charities, and volunteers with the scouts.

Q: What size do you think Kate’s unborn baby is at 6 months?

A: Around the size of a canteloupe melon.
