The showbiz world is still reeling from Cheryl’s sudden surprise baby announcement in the form of a beautiful photoshoot last month. Now it’s revealed that the singer has already got baby names in mind and she’s been taking parenting tips from the royal family!
It seems that Cheryl and Liam are preparing for their new arrival. A Silver Cross vehicle was spotted delivering goods to the singer’s UK home. Silver Cross is one of the world’s leading nursery brands and they describe themselves as a ‘nursery specialist’.
The elite and discreet company has long been a tried and tested favourite of the royal family. No doubt Cheryl decided to take a leaf out of the Duchess of Cambridge’s book when planning for her new arrival. Kate had a pram from Silver Cross for her son Prince George! With prices starting at £475, Cheryl is certainly paying a royal price tag.
Cheryl has also got her favourite baby names at the ready with the baby due in the coming months. “Of course I’ve thought about a baby names. A million times! I like Alfie for a little boy.”
Her boyfriend, 23-year-old Liam Payne, has also previously opened up his baby name ideas. In a past interview with Hits Radio the One Direction star revealed, “I like the name Taylor. Taylor’s pretty neutral for a boy or a girl.”
Cheryl has also recently been talking babies with former Girls Aloud band member Kimberley Walsh.
34-year-old Kimberley is pregnant with her second child, and Cheryl has been at her side every step of the way.
“Cheryl knew I wanted to have my children close together. So she’s happy that I’ve got another on the way,” Kimberley revealed to OK! Magazine.
“I’m sure she expected it in a way but she’s still over the moon for me,” she added.
In an earlier interview with the Sunday People, Kimberly – who is already mum to two-year-old Bobby – also spoke about the positive impact of Cheryl’s blossoming relationship with 1D’s Liam Payne.
“She’s really happy right now. And she’ll be a brilliant mum.”
Many fans are speculating that Cheryl may have already had the baby. Mainly through ‘hints’ they believe the couple are dropping on social media. Not only has Cheryl not posted any recent pictures of herself, but eagle-eyed followers have also pointed out that the star has been ‘liking’ pictures of her pregnant friends and their babies. To top it all off, Liam tweeted that he was trying his hardest to keep quiet in the mornings – leading many to jump to the conclusion that he was trying hard not to wake mum and baby up!
Whether Cheryl has had her baby now or not, we hope both mum and baby are doing well. We can’t wait to find out what they name the little one!
