The 2013 British Soap Awards nominations listThe nominations list for the 2013 British Soap Awards have been announced today and it’s Coronation Street leading the way with 18 nominations!

Corrie was nominated for Best Soap as well as gaining nods for actress Michelle Keegan (Sexiest Female and Best Actress), Chris Fountain (Sexiest Male) and Natalie Gumede (Best Dramatic Performance).

Also making the list of nominations is Eastenders which has picked up 17 nominations including Best Storyline for the death of Derek Branning and Spectacular Scene of the Year for the episode which saw the Olympic torch carried through the square.

All the winners will be announced in a star studded London ceremony on 17th May.
