Linda, 51, works out with her trainer twice a week, doing cardio, weights and exercises on her Swiss ball. She also runs and does Hatha yoga.
‘I’m the fittest I’ve ever been,’ she says.
But it’s not just exercise that keeps Linda trim. ’I prefer eating healthily, although I’m no saint,’ she says.
‘I love chicken thighs with the skin on. I also love wine or a gin and tonic. I’ll eat chocolate if it’s there, but I don’t crave it. I avoid processed food and enjoy cooking from scratch.’
